Dosha Energy Bites

Simple, nourishing + totally delicious, these dosha energy bites make the perfect light breakfast or afternoon snack!


Vata Energy Bites

Makes approximately 30 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c. pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 c. flax seeds
  • 1/2 c. chia seeds

Method:

  • combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl
  • add seeds and mix well
  • roll into 1" balls and refrigerate before serving

 


Pitta Energy Bites

Makes approximately 30 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. sunflower butter
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup or rice syrup
  • 3/4 c. hemp seeds
  • 3/4 c. pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 c. flax seeds

Method:

  • combine sunflower butter and honey in a bowl
  • add seeds and mix well
  • roll into 1" balls and refrigerate before serving

 


Kapha Energy Bites

Makes approximately 30 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. almond butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 c. flax seeds
  • 1/2 c. chia seeds

Method:

  • combine almond butter and honey in a bowl
  • add seeds and mix well
  • roll into 1" balls and refrigerate before serving
