• Our House Signature Massage • An energy balancing massage inspired by Ayurveda. Aimed at clearing stagnant energy, improving lymphatic flow, and harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit. This session combines Dry Brushing + Ayurvedic Body Massage + Vedic Head Massage. This is intentionally an oily session! We recommend not having any scheduled plans afterwards.

• Prenatal Massage • Designed for mothers-to-be, at any stage of pregnancy, to help ease discomfort, improve circulation, and support a good night of sleep. Ayurvedic herbal oil, customizable pressure, aromatherapy, and warm towels included.

• Yoga Inspired Massage • A form of therapeutic bodywork combining assisted yoga stretches, acupressure, and breath work. Thai Massage increases range of motion, relieves movement related pains, improves posture and lowers stress. Sessions are done on a comfortable floor mat and clients stay clothed.

• CBD Massage • Our Restore Massage, but elevated. Herbal heat packs, organic CBD massage oil + a powerful CBD relief cream infused with eight pain relieving herbs, to target all sore spots.

A whole session dedicated to the head, neck and shoulders. Warm, botanical oil is poured along the hair line and massaged in using tension relieving techniques leaving you feeling, lighter in both mind and body. Traditionally used to help relieve headache pain, ground a busy mind, and nourish the hair + scalp. This is intentionally an oily session! We recommend not having any scheduled plans afterwards.

Shirodhara is deeply relaxing + uniquely Ayurvedic. An ancient Ayurvedic therapy where a steady stream of warm herbal oil is continuously poured over the forehead. The gentle + constant oil application stimulates healthy blood circulation to the brain and pituitary gland, naturally calming the nervous system and inducing a bliss like state. *Add on 15 or 30 minutes of massage time for extra bliss!

A soothing under eye, collagen mask, that rejuvenates the delicate eye area, enlivens tired eyes and reduces the appearance of dark circles and fine lines.

Ayurveda’s lymphatic massage treatment that exfoliates skin, reduces water retention, improves circulation and decreases the appearance of cellulite.

A pain relieving topical analgesic that works like a dream for sore muscles, arthritic joints, injuries and fatigued bodies. Applied to all of your troubled spots during your massage.

Herbal heat packs infused with lavender, chamomile, rosemary, and peppermint, used on your back and belly treatment.

An aromatic, herbal salve applied to the neck and forehead, to soothe tension and migraine headaches, followed by a cooling jade eye mask. The salve provides deep relief by utilizing the healing plant power of camphor, lavender, peppermint, and marjoram.

An Ayurvedic therapy for the ears, Karna Purana is where warm herbal oil is gently dripped into the ears and massaged in. Benefits include improved hearing, decreased ringing or popping, relaxed jaw and may improve symptoms of insomnia and vertigo.

Elevate your massage with organic CBD massage oil, and a strong CBD muscle relief cream, infused with eight pain relieving herbs – including arnica, ginger, and chamomile – on all sore spots.

Our full body gua sha massage is a 15 minute therapeutic treatment on the entire body - legs, arms, back, neck and shoulders - for total body tension relief, energy boost and detoxification.

Utilizing techniques such as reiki, chakra alignment, and healing touch, paired with the use of crystals and plant medicine (Sage + Palo Santo), your healer will facilitate a tune-up of your energy body, after your massage. * 15 Minutes of additional time is added to your session.
