Ayurveda Lifestyle || Initial Consultation
An Initial Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultation with Jenna Wolf includes a comprehensive lifestyle and health exam, including a traditional pulse and tongue analysis. Together, you will discover your unique Ayurvedic make-up - your Prakriti - and any potential imbalances you are experiencing at this time - your Vikruti.

The goal of The Lotus Room’s Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counseling program is to create within your body and mind an optimum environment for balance to take place and to maximize your body’s natural ability to heal itself while honoring your individual lifestyle.
Initial Consultations are 2-hours and include a 1-hour “Dosha Discovery” follow up appointment 7-10 days later.

In order to successfully implement these Ayurvedic principles into your life, frequent follow-up visits with your counselor are recommended over a six to twelve month period.
These sessions can be done in person at The Lotus Room or via Skype.

About Jenna Wolf - Ayurveda Wellness Counselor
Jenna Wolf is a graduate of the Sevanti Institute in California with 200 hours of counselor training under master Ayurvedic practitioner, James Bailey. She spent several weeks in Kerala, India studying Ayurvedic bodywork and traditional treatments with various healers. She believes in practicing what she preaches and embarked on her own Ayurvedic healing journey about 3 years ago. As a forever student of this ancient healing art, it is her intention to advance her Ayurveda studies with the Sevanti Institute. She also works monthly with an Ayurvedic practitioner herself and believes this relationship to be an integral part of the Ayurvedic path.
