Birthed from yoga’s elusive Tantric teachings, Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep, is a transformative meditation practice designed to induce a complete state of physical, emotional and mental relaxation.
Yoga Nidra uniquely unwinds the nervous system using a guided systematic process of “letting go” and offers us tools to calm the mind, ease tension in the body and induce sleep organically.
This practice includes 15 minutes of gentle movement followed by a 45 minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation led by Jenna Wolf. During the Nidra session, you will be lying on the floor, fully supported with bolsters, blankets and an eye pillow, as you are lead into a state of deep peace and relaxation. Please wear warm, comfortable clothes.
No yoga or meditation experience necessary.
