Fibromyalgia: "A chronic disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, and tenderness in localized areas." Fibromyalgia affects an estimated 10 million people in the US, with no cure and only drugs to help the pain.
In this workshop, we will cover natural remedies + rituals to help ease fibromyalgia symptoms including - chakra work, yoga sequences, an Ayurvedic approach to diet and nutrition, and meditation.
If you suffer from this disorder or have a friend or family member who does, please join us! Bring something comfortable to sit on, a pen, and journal.
Cost is $80 per person + includes a delicious Ayurvedic lunch.
Take home material:
Each student will have a copy of different meditation subjects, a copy of grounding yoga asanas that can easily be done at home/work, and an outline of a suggested Ayurvedic diet for pain management.

11-12p - Provided Lunch
12-2p - Ayurveda Approach: Diet, Nutrition, Body Care w/ Jenna Wolf
2:45 - 3:45p - Hot Yoga of East Nashville: Yoga Practice
3:45 - 4:00p - Closing meditation
