Ayurveda is a natural system of healing that has been successfully practiced for thousands of years. Originating in India, this medical tradition states that each person’s path towards optimal health is unique, because each person IS unique. 

The healing methods at The Lotus Room are based on effective, time honored principles that focus on understanding your particular mind-body constitution and the unique nature of your wellness needs.

Sessions include the use of Ayurvedic natural oils, essential oils and utilize a blend of massage techniques from East to West - aimed at easing troubled minds, soothing sore muscles, improving circulation, increasing energy, promoting healthy Zzz’s & encouraging all around happiness.

Ancient Healing for a Modern Life

 

Thai Massage is an ancient form of therapeutic bodywork combining assisted yoga stretches, acupressure, Ayurvedic principles and pranayamic (rhythmic) breathing. It's roots originate in India from where it was brought to Thailand over 2,000 years ago by Buddhist monks. Similar to yoga, Thai Massage enhances strength and flexibility, relaxes sore or tense muscles, and can help to recapture a busy mind.
